A 19-year-old woman is dead after a crash in northwest Sedgwick County.
It happened around 1:30 Friday afternoon at 109th St. North and 119th Street West, just east of Bentley. The woman was driving a car that collided with a semi in the intersection. Her name was not immediately released.
Sedgwick County sheriff’s deputies and Kansas Highway Patrol troopers were on the scene throughout the afternoon.
