A man at the Wichita Work Facility has tested positive for COVID-19.
Those inmates who lived on the same floor as the patient were taken to the Lansing Correctional Facility, Sunday.
About a hundred inmates will be isolated for at least 14 days in a newly-constructed building that has not yet opened to the public.
