Citing rising COVID-19 cases in Kansas and Oklahoma, New York added both states to its travel quarantine list.
People returning to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, will need to quarantine for 14 days if they’re returning from the following states:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Arizona
- California
- Delaware
- Florida
- Georgia
- Iowa
- Idaho
- Kansas
- Louisiana
- Mississippi
- North Carolina
- Nevada
- Oklahoma
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
- Texas
- Utah
Kansas has the following states on its own quarantine list:
- Alabama
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Florida
- South Carolina
Any international travelers or anyone who has been on a cruise is also asked to quarantine for 14 day. Kansas updates travel restrictions roughly every two weeks.
