The woman fatally shot at 9th and Grove Wednesday night is identified as 23-year-old Kylie Scott, of Wichita.
Wichita police were called to the area around 9:20, and their investigation focused on a parking lot at the intersection. Scott was found at a hospital, and she died from her injuries. A 54-year-old man was also shot, and he was treated and released.
