Koch industries announced a new pilot program that will to find local talent in the area of software development.
The company will be partnering with Catalyte–a group that helps track down hidden talent in the marketplace–to find 10 software developers.
The pilot program requires a 26 week commitment of 40 hours per week. No college degree or prior software development experience are required.
