Butler County will start phase two COVID vaccinations on Monday.
The state is moving to phase two today, and Butler County expects to have its phase one completed by the end of the day. When phase two starts, Butler County’s focus will be on first responders, public school staff, and people 65 and older.
Each group will have a designated day for vaccinations and appointments will need to be made. You can sign up through the county website at bucoks.com, though the vaccination page will not be available until Monday. Vaccinations will be given at the Butler County Community Building, located at 206 Griffith in El Dorado.
Updates about the vaccination process will be posted on the Butler County Kansas Health Department’s Facebook page and on the Butler County website.
