Reno County is running a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, February 5.
The county is still in phase two of the statewide plan, focusing on people 65 and older. People who were included in phase one can still be vaccinated during the second phase. This includes healthcare workers and nursing home residents.
Vaccines will be available Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Hutchinson Sports Arena, located at 1300 N. Plum. In order to get the shot, you need to pre-register with the county. Health workers will identify who is eligible for the vaccine and call to schedule an appointment. If you have registered in the past, you don’t need to register again.
