Kansas Senator Jerry Moran won election to his third-term in office in Tuesday’s general election.

Moran defeated Democratic challenger Mark Holland, winning 59 percent of the vote with unofficial results still being counted late Tuesday night.

Other members of the Kansas congressional delegation were winning their races.

1st District Republican congressman Tracey Mann captured 68 percent of the vote to defeat Democratic challenger James Beard.

In the 2nd District, Republican incumbent Jake LaTurner had 56 percent of the vote in late returns to lead Democrat Patrick Schmidt.

3rd District Democratic congresswoman Sharice Davids had 55 percent of the vote to win over Republican challenger Amanda Adkins.

4th District Republican congressman Ron Estes got 63 percent of the vote to defeat Democrat Bob Hernandez.
