A man is sentenced to 24 months on probation in connection to a deadly shooting in west Wichita.
Twenty-five-year-old Koby Fisher pled guilty to attempted aggravated battery. Fisher was one of three people sentenced in connection with the 2020 shooting at a hotel in the 59-hundred-block of West Kellogg.
Keion Whyte and William Pottorff died after shooting at each other during a fight, after Whyte and four others forced themselves into a room where Pottorff was. He was visiting a woman at the time, and police say drugs were also involved.
