Police are investigating a shooting that happened late Tuesday afternoon at a west Wichita motel.
Officers were sent to the Western Holiday Motel at 8900 West Kellogg Drive around 5 p.m. They found a man in his 20s who had been shot in the leg, and he was taken to a hospital.
Police said the shooting happened during an incident involving the victim and another man, and officers were looking for someone to get more information on what happened. Two people were arrested at the scene for charges not related to the shooting.
