A new study out of Yale found that a key to losing weight could be eating TWO breakfasts every day: A small one early, then a bigger one a little later.

Now that doesn’t mean that you can eat some fruit and then load up on pancakes. You should do something small like a snack and then do high protein like eggs.
They say having two breakfasts kick starts your metabolism. Plus it stops you from binge eating food later in the day. Along with stopping you from eating snacks in the morning.
Seems odd but it’s supposed to help you lose weight in the long run. When you get up at 4 am. 2 breakfasts sounds good to me!
