Twenty-two Dillons Pharmacies in Kansas may begin offering the COVID-19 vaccine by Thursday or Friday of next week. This would also include 10 Wichita locations.
On Tuesday, February 2nd the Biden Administration announced the Federal Retail Pharmacy Partnership Plan, which Kroger was chosen to participate in.
The plan will allow Kroger pharmacists to administer the Moderna vaccine in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Ohio, Utah, Indiana, Ohio, and Kansas.
The 22 Kansas locations are expected to begin receiving limited shipments of the vaccine on February 11th. Pharmacies will then begin scheduling appointments at www.dillons.com/covidvaccine. Vaccinations will be by appointment only.
Kroger stated that vaccines will be administered in accordance to county health department guidelines.
Below are a list of the Wichita, Derby and Andover locations that will receive shipments of the Moderna vaccine. Locations in Topeka, Salina, Manhattan, Lawrence, and Hutchinson will also be receiving shipments.
