Police are looking into the circumstances of a late night shooting at an apartment complex in southwest Wichita.
Officers were called to the 2500 block of West 31st Street South around 9:10 p.m. Saturday. They found a 25-year-old man who had been shot, and he was taken to a hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury.
The victim told police he met with two people regarding his stolen car, and one of them pulled out a handgun and shot him. No arrests have been reported.
