Donors can double their impact to the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle campaign with every $20 bill they drop, which will be matched up to $25,000 thanks to an anonymous donor.
The challenge will take place on Saturday, Dec. 4th, 11th, and 18th at every red kettle in Wichita and Sedgwick County.
The money donated during the Red Kettle season runs through Christmas Eve, and will help families in need by providing meals, holiday gifts, and payment assistance for utilities and other basic needs.
