The Kansas State Fair has announced one of its first grandstand shows for the next edition of the fair.
Country star Parker McCollum will perform on September 10th, with new country artist Priscilla Block as the opening act.
McCollum is the Academy of Country Music’s 2022 New Male Artist of the Year. Some of his hits include “Pretty Heart, ” “To Be Loved By You” and “Hell of a Year.”
Block is a 2022 Music Row Country Breakout Artist of the Year and was a nominee for New Female Artist of the Year by the Academy of Country Music. She is known for her first certified gold single, “Just About Over You,” as well as the songs “Wish You Were the Whiskey” and “My Bar.”
Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. Friday, March 18th at kansasstatefair.com People who are signed up for Kansas State Fair emails will get a presale code that can be used Thursday, March 17th. Tickets are $30, $60 and $70, and the show will be on the Nex-Tech Grandstand at the fairgrounds in Hutchinson on Saturday, September 10th at 7:30 p.m.
Fair officials say each grandstand ticket will also include a gate admission scan, and the ticket will be valid on the date of the event only.
The Kansas State Fair will be held September 9th through the 18th.
