COOK GROUP PRESENTS The Grind IV 5k and 10K

The Grind 5k and 10k run/walk is a computer timed road race. Funds from this event support the maintenance of the 150+ year old grist mill. 5k starts at 4:30pm and the 10k starts at 5:15pm. Race day registration and packet pick up begins at 3:00pm. Online and printable registration available at www.Indianatiming.com. Bringing friends/family who are not participating? They are welcome to tour the mill and its surrounding buildings or hike 4 miles of trails while participants race. Pre-race snacks and drinks provided as well as homemade soups after each race.
